Crisis Services: PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program)
Adults ages18+, Offered Onsite and Virtually - 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Benefits:
• 1-2x weekly individual counseling sessions
• Access to medication management
• Yoga - Autogenic breeathing
• ACT, DBT Skills, CBT, Seeking Safety Programming
• Onsite and Hybrid care options
• Small Group Sizes, Group capped at 8
• Access to extended community resources while in the program and upon discharge
• Care Coordination

• Family Dynamic Counseling offered per request
• Selective pull out groups to address specific needs within the group
