Nurse Family Partnership is a free program that is for women who are pregnant with their first child or who are 28 weeks pregnant or less, live in Kitsap County, and meet eligibility. This program strives to empower first time mothers to gain the skills they need for their babies to thrive while creating a better future for themselves and their child.

This program will match you with a trained nurse that will provide home visits through out the pregnancy until the child is two years of age. Through these visits the new parent will gain knowledge, tools, support, and resources they may need.
