Building Resiliency for the Future

Roughly 1 in 10 youth aged 13-21 experience mental health challenges that interfere with daily life. When this happens, life can get very challenging for the teenager or young adult facing the illness—and for family and friends who care and want to help.

Kitsap Mental Health Services is skilled at navigating such situations and offering compassionate, targeted, evidenced-based care and treatment. With staff trained specifically in the unique needs and challenges faced by teens and young adults, we teach young people and their families the skills they need to manage an illness, while offering steady, critical support to all parties.

For youth ages 13-21, we offer substance use disorder assessments and ASAM level 1.0 treatment, as well as referrals to higher levels of care.

We also offer young adults ages 17 – 21 a tailored program providing practical, experiential, skill-based transitional services that builds on strengths and supports independence and a successful transition to adult life.

We’re ready to help you find the personalized care you need and reclaim your life and future.
