Support for Your Recovery

No matter where you are on your mental health journey, you deserve a place to call your own. Kitsap Clubhouse is a community center for people living with severe mental illness. It’s a free program where you are always welcome and where you will always find support.

Clubhouse can help you achieve your recovery goals by connecting you to employment, education, housing and a community of support.

Who Can Join
  • Age 18 or older
  • Kitsap County resident
  • Available to all, regardless of income or insurance
  • You do not have to be a client of Kitsap Mental Health Services
Meaningful Work

Kitsap Clubhouse is structured around the “Work-Ordered Day.” Members identify talents, develop skills and build self-confidence by helping run the program. Tasks are tailored to members’ strengths and can include greeting visitors, writing newsletters, maintaining computers and welcoming new members.

Staff work side-by-side with members to operate Clubhouse. They are colleagues, cheerleaders and talent scouts, encouraging members to believe in themselves and achieve their recovery goals.

Relationships

In addition to meetings and work, Clubhouse uses socials and team-building trips to help members build connections with staff and peers.

Membership is free and lasts a lifetime. You may stay in the program as long as you want and return whenever you want.

Community Connections

Staff help you achieve recovery goals by connecting you to education, supportive employment, housing opportunities and other community resources. You can live independently, and Clubhouse staff and peers will support you every step of the way.
