Everyone deserves decent, safe and affordable housing.
In partnership with community landlords, Kitsap Mental Health Services provides housing to more than 100 KMHS clients each night.
Residences — apartments and homes located throughout Kitsap County — enable KMHS adult clients to live independently in the community while still receiving responsive, wraparound care. Our program, which is accessed through referral by KMHS treatment providers, combines affordable housing with the services our clients need to live healthy, productive lives.
In 2022, we expanded our housing program with the addition of Pendleton Place, a 72-unit apartment complex, designed to serve people experiencing chronic homelessness while also living with mental health disorders, substance use disorders or other chronic health conditions. Learn More >
