James C. Tracy re-joined the KMHS Board in 1995, having served on the Board previously in 1985, and is currently serving as President. He is also a Past President of the Board and is a member of the Human Resources Committee. Jim has retired from practicing land use law but maintains his business interests in the community. He received both his B.A. in International Studies and Master of City Planning from Ohio State University, and his J.D. from California Western School of Law. Jim is a former Planning Director and Director of Community Development for Kitsap County, and a former Deputy Director of Parks, Planning and Resources, and Manager of Building and Land Development for King County. Jim and his wife, Rosemary, live in Kingston and have three grown sons and beautiful daughter-in-laws and four grandchildren all living in King County.
